How the day will be structured
You’ll spend 8-hours of immersive soul time with us, from 10 am – 6 pm!
While each experience is unique and tailored just for you, here’s what you can generally expect.
Before the day
We want to get to know all about you and your intentions so we’re prepared to make the most of your day. That’s why we’ll send you a questionnaire and have a 45-minute call before your day to get to know your needs.
Starting our journey
You’ll meet us at 9.45 am at our home nestled in tranquil bushland held with the soothing sounds of nature and birdlife. You'll be able to breathe deeply, and get comfortable with a cup of herbal tea and some yummy snacks.
Heart-connection activity
We’ll start with an opening ceremony/ritual to awaken our hearts and connect to our inner wisdom. Listening to the sounds of nature and Kareena’s soothing guidance, you’ll meditate on your heartfelt intention.
Mapping out your deepest desires
Next, we’ll dive right into writing on big sheets of paper exactly what you want. It’s in your head. It’s in your heart. But when we speak it out loud and write it down we get clarity on it and start to manifest it into being.
A nourshing lunch
You’ll be spoilt with a fresh, healthy, and delicious lunch giving you the energy you need to make the most out of the day. We’ll sit, chat, and relax together, enjoying some downtime from our visioning work.
Identifying blocks and limiting beliefs
Now that we know what you really want, we’ll explore what feels like it is standing in your way of achieving it right now. What parts of your life are competing for attention and pulling your focus away from what you really want and need?

The beautiful home is in the sub tropical bushland of Tallebudgera Valley, Gold Coast hinterland. Make it a day or ask us about our 2 day retreat packages.
What day(s) of the week can this be booked?
Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm
How do I decide on whether to go solo or bring additional people to join me?
This is totally up to you, what you feel comfortable with and whether you have people you would like to bring along who want to take part. If your intention is to go deep and create a very personal vision and address the blocks and challenges you experience head on…and if you feel you will be more comfortable and real with yourself doing this alone…then come by yourself. We will hold a safe space, lovingly and gently focused on you to achieve the outcome you desire. If you have people you share an intimate connection with and feel comfortable being vulnerable in front of then there is great power in sharing the experience. This day is a deep dive with personal coaching to unpack your vision and what might be in the way. Often when one woman shares it is reflected in others in the group. There is power both in holding the shared intention for evolving and personal growth, insights gained and in wisdom gathered by sharing this experience. We create a safe space of sharing. How do I decide what area of my life I want to focus our attention on?
Before our dedicated visioning day, we’ll have a 45-minute call to get to know you better. In that call, we are happy to support you with identifying which areas may be most beneficial to focus on. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own! If you are having a group session it is beneficial to have all parties on the call.
What kind of food will you serve and can you cater to my dietary requirements?
Absolutely! We cater to your dietary requirements, likes and dislikes. Our lunch and snack offerings are plentiful, nourishing and sumptuous!
For Femme Entrepreneurs: what kind of businesses does this offering suit?
This offering is best suited to someone who is running a heart-led business and sees their business as a sacred expression of their highest truth. It is also perfect for authors, speakers and individuals committed to “heart projects” they are bringing to life or bringing to a new evolution. If you want a VIP day purely focused on increasing profitability, this isn’t it (though you could definitely find that profitability increases when you are deeply aligned with what you are doing!). We’re not going to be running numbers and talking marketing tactics. We’re here to lean into what’s calling you and the legacy/purpose of your business.
If I book a coaching day with a business focus can this be a tax deductable expense?
Yes! This would be a tax deductible expense and we’ll send you a tax invoice that you can supply to your accountant/bookkeeper.
