Taking Heart Aligned Action
In order to live your true, heart-aligned impact and purpose, we need to start by discovering what that is!
You likely already have a fuzzy idea, and you need the time and space to explore it and get it crystal clear. When you get that true clarity of purpose, it will ignite your inner fire like nothing else!
My clients and I believe that heart-aligned vision and impact are as important as profitability and goals. Profitability is wildly important in business and is a key aspect of this journey but you want it to be from a source that is aligned with your highest truth and legacy.
When it comes to your purpose, there is no one-size-fits-all answer here. You are unique in your approach, your vision, and how you receive and follow your intuition. This will not be a business coaching process where a set “formula” is forced upon you. Everything will be tailored to you, specifically led from your heart.
I know you long for the juice, the fire, and the inspiration to create true and lasting impact and purpose. In this phase, we will explore it together.
Space To Be Heard
Space To Be Heard When you’re the “boss”, it can often feel lonely and isolating. You don’t want to burden your family or team with your stress. No one is there to hold space for you the way you really desire….until now!
One thing I have seen time and time again is that Women thrive with space to be heard. You need the space to talk things through and in doing so, you’ll come to know your own truth.
As a female business owner, I know you’re likely not just juggling the responsibilities of your business, but also the balance of managing multiple other, often conflicting priorities at any one time:
Kids, ageing parents, a partner, friends, housework, further education, not to mention your desire to honour your own need for sleep, fun and personal fulfillment outside of work (which is probably at the bottom of your to-do list, gathering dust!).
I know that your personal life impacts your business life and your business life impacts your personal life and the two need to come into great balance and alignment in order for you to feel capable of doing your best work in the world. You won’t have to blow up your life in order to succeed in living your purpose. We will respect and make time for the things that matter most to you.
Moving Beyond Limiting Beliefs
Many of us want to evolve our businesses or lives, but somehow can’t seem to do it on our own no matter how hard we try. Can you relate? This is usually because there are blocks or limiting beliefs (some of them being ones we’re not even consciously aware of) sabotaging us.
You need time and support to see, explore, and move beyond anything standing in your way so you can move forward faster, and with less angst and more grace. Simply trying to “push through” your limiting beliefs without acknowledging them or trying to learn from them will lead them to pop up over and over and make you distrust your abilities and capacity. Sadly, this often means you’ll diminish your offering, hold back, water yourself down, or even consider throwing in the towel on your whole business.
It is possible to move beyond unhelpful beliefs that aren’t serving you with support. This is one of my areas of expertise and I will help you identify your limiting beliefs and work through them gently.

The Phases of Your REIGNITION
Phase 1: Business Alignment Analysis
We’ll explore and gather all the pieces of your business that feel in alignment and throw out the pieces that won’t help you ignite your inner fire.
Our aim in this phase of the work is to put your business under the microscope and get really honest about what parts should stay and what parts don’t belong within your purpose or legacy.
Think about it like a wardrobe spring clean for your business. We’ll be noting down all the things that no longer fit or feel like you anymore. But don’t worry, you don’t have to make drastic changes instantly. We can slowly work towards re-aligning your business without it impacting your revenue.
Phase 2: Heart-Aligned Visioning
Get crystal clear on the work you’re meant to contribute to the world.
In this phase, you’ll gain clarity around “why” you are here (your legacy), the “what” that you are creating (how you long to deliver your impact and purpose), and “who” you want to serve. This is the deep self-exploration work. Be prepared for A HA! moments. This phase will get you excited about your business again.

Phase 3: Bring Your Vision to Life

Dreaming and visioning are wonderful, but so many women sit in this phase, unable to bring their vision to life. We’ll start with some of the bigger strategic steps and then map out the smaller baby steps in between so the work required doesn’t feel like such a big leap.

When finding the courage to take big leaps and stretching yourself to your edges, it’s natural that your inner gremlins, old stories, and self-doubt may creep in.

I have worked with heart-centred business owners in a diverse range of industries – from X to X to X and everything in between! But really, this process is much more about YOU than it is about what industry you’re in (or what you want to pivot into). It’s about understanding what your heart is longing for. My superpower is really seeing and understanding you. I will never try to pigeonhole you in a certain direction just because I have expertise in that area. There are many business coaches who encourage their clients to become coaches too and follow their framework. I’m not like that! I see you as an individual and I believe each of us has our own distinct impact and purpose we are meant to make on the world. I’m here to help you discover what that is, and support you to bring it to life, no matter what industry it will fall into.
Most female entrepreneurs are! That’s why you will have 3 x 45-minute calls spread over each month for 12 months. So we do this in a way that is manageable with your current commitments. We break from mid-December to mid-January to honour family time and an opportunity to wind down, refresh, and renew. In between sessions, you’ll be working to bring your vision to life and how much time that will take will depend on your capacity and drive. I recommend allowing 1-2 hours per week outside our call times to prioritise bringing your purpose to life. This is not extra homework but rather will likely be redirecting time in your usual work week to bring your new focus to life.
